About Capital Management Group, Inc.

CMG Capital Management Group, Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor founded in November 1992 by Stephen and Marvin Blumenthal. We are located just outside of Philadelphia in Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Prior to establishing CMG, Stephen worked for Merrill Lynch Institutional/Retail and Prudential Securities. During this time, he developed a unique trading model designed to trade the intermediate term trends in the high yield bond market.

While the high yield strategy remains our flagship strategy, Steve has taken his 25 years of investment and trading experience and built a full service firm focused on providing you with a selection of the very best trading strategies.

Preservation of principal is our primary focus and we believe proper risk control is the key to making money. Risk exists in all aspects of portfolio management; however, we believe risk can be lowered by blending a selection of non-correlating investment strategies into your portfolio.
