The CMG Tactical Investment Strategies (“Tactical”) generate capital appreciation by investing in Exchange Traded Funds ("ETF’s") and mutual funds. Using a qualitative approach, CMG takes a macro view on global capital markets and economies and applies it to select industries and sectors. The portfolio is separated into three investment categories: core (6-12 month holding period), theme (3-6 months) and opportunistic/hedge (less than 3 months). Position sizing varies depending on the category.
