The Schreiner Dynamic Index Program ("Dynamic") makes daily buy/sell/hold decisions utilizing a quantitative non-discretionary methodology that seeks positive returns in both bull and bear markets. The strategy attempts to identify opportunities where the short term direction of the Nasdaq-100 index can be predicted with high probability.
  • Dynamic uses ten independent indicators that “vote” on whether to be long, short, or neutral the Nasdaq-100, with each vote having a varying degree of conviction.

  • Each indicator is assigned a numerical value and based upon the aggregate total of the “vote”; the formula-driven model makes a decision whether to be long, short or out of the Nasdaq-100 index and how much of the portfolio to invest.

  • Minimum allocations to the investment funds are 10% and maximum allocations are 75%. This means that on the strongest signals, 75% of your capital is invested in the underlying fund and 25% is invested in money market. A portion of your portfolio remains in money market at all times.

  • Dynamic seldom holds the same allocations for longer than 3 days. Assets are moved in or out, long or short, up to 200 times in a year. The short-term nature of the system means that there will be a significant amount of activity in your account and all the gains will be short-term.
The Dynamic Index Program uses the Rydex OTC 2x Strategy Fund and Rydex Inverse OTC 2x Strategy Fund, a special class of Rydex funds, to execute its strategy. These funds are specifically designed for active portfolios. These funds seek to provide investment returns that correlate to 200% of the daily performance of the Nasdaq-100 Index.

Past performance is no guarantee of future returns.
